April’s average all-residential selling price was $412,000. There was a modest increase of 0.6% in month-over-month prices. The year-over-year price increased by 5.9%.
Sales and Inventory
April’s 2022 real estate sales increased by 9.9% compared to 2021, bringing in roughly 2,118 sales. The inventory for the month finished at around 5,090, which is about 11.8% more than 2021.
