Edmonton saw decreases in year-over-year statistics while month-over-month numbers were on the rise.

Home Prices
Home prices reached an average of $386,000 in Edmonton for April, and although that is 6.3% less than last year, prices increased by 5.2% compared to March of 2023.
Sales and Inventory
Sales dipped by 31.7% compared to 2022, sitting at 1,377 for April 2023. Inventory for the month reached 5,001, which is nearly 1.7% less than last year.
Conclusion
While there were decreases in year-over-year inventory, home prices, and sales, month-over-month home prices have increased, which is a positive statistic to go forward with.
