Inventory in Edmonton is cooling off as the summer comes to a close!
Home prices dipped in month-over-month prices by just over 1%, while year-over-year prices increased by 9%.
Compared to 2023, Edmonton’s sales rose by nearly 12% in July, while inventory decreased by 12.4% compared to last year.
