December saw an average all-residential selling price of $380,000. While there was a slight dip in month-over-month sales, December had a 6.4% increase from 2020 to 2021.
Sales and Inventory
December brought in 968 real estate sales, which is roughly 20.5% more than December 2020. The inventory for the month sits at 3,550.
Conclusion
December’s numbers decreased in month-over-month but increased in year-over-year.
