Home Prices
March’s average all-residential selling price was $410,000. There was a slight 3% decrease in month-over-month prices, but the year-over-year price increased by 4.8%.
Sales and Inventory
March’s 2022 real estate sales increased by 45.3% compared to 2021, bringing in roughly 2,383 sales. The inventory for the month finished at around 4,199, which is about 11.2% more than 2021.
Conclusion
Overall, March 2022 saw stable increases in the real estate market.
