Townhomes are an excellent option if you are looking for something with a smaller footprint while still giving you that “house” feel. The smaller essence of a townhouse means less overall maintenance on your end. The multi-floor concept is excellent for separating rooms and living spaces, helping the home feel more spacious. These kinds of properties are popular amongst first-time homebuyers and small families. They generally offer everything a detached house offers, but for less money.
