February’s average all-residential selling price was $411,000. Both month-over-month and year-over-year prices increased by 9.3% and 9.9%, respectively.
Sales and Inventory
February’s 2022 real estate sales increased by a significant 56.8% compared to 2021, bringing in roughly 1,681 sales. The inventory for the month sits at 3,800 about 13.7% more than 2021.
