The average sales price for the month of February reached $349,000, which decreased by 1.3% in month-over-month prices, and 15.3% in year-over-year prices.
Sales and Inventory
February home sales decreased by 44.4% compared to 2022, clocking in at 909. The inventory sits at 4,134, which is about 8.7% more than in 2022.
Conclusion
Edmonton home prices and sales declined compared to last year, but the inventory available on the market increased from 2022.
