Edmonton is seeing a rise in home prices as the months progress for 2025! Sales and inventory are on the decline.

Home prices in Edmonton increased by 11% compared to 2024, and by 0.3% compared to last month.
Sales and Inventory
February had 1,265 home sales for the month, which is just under 10% less than 2024. Inventory also dropped from last year, coming in at 3,014, which is an 18% decrease from last year.
