Home prices and sales increased in January while inventory decreased from 2024.
Home prices in Edmonton rose by nearly 1% from last month and by nearly 10% from January of 2024.
There were 1,187 sales in January, which is 12.7% more than last year. Inventory, however, dipped by just over 13% compared to 2024.
