The average all-residential selling price in June was $402,000, which is about 1.2% less than May 2022. The year-over-year price increased by 0.9%.
Sales and Inventory
Real estate sales decreased by 3.5% compared to last year, sitting at approximately 1,832 sales for June of 2022. By the end of the month, the inventory clocked in at 6,419, about 2.5% more than June of 2021.
