Edmonton saw an increased in year-over-year numbers across home prices and sales while inventory decreased.

Although home prices in Edmonton dipped by 2.5% since November, they are up over 13% compared to last year.
Sales and Inventory
There were 1,272 home sales in Edmonton for November, which is over 16% more compared to November of 2023. Inventory dipped by over 15% since last year.
