Winter has arrived and the market feels about as cool as the air. However, we did peg some reassuring increases income prices and inventory, let’s take a look!

Home Prices
October’s average sales price rang in at $375,000, which increased by a slight 0.3% compared to September, but decreased approximately 1% in year-over-year prices.
Sales and Inventory
The inventory for October increased by 18% compared to 2021, coming in at 5,617. However home sales decreased just over 19% compared to October 2021, coming in at 1,053.
Conclusion
Although the market cooled off in a few spots, we still saw some encouraging increases in month-over-month home prices and year-over-year inventory.
