Home prices rose by 4.5% compared to 2023 and dipped by about 0.7% in month-over-month prices.
What is a benchmark price? The benchmark price is the estimated value of a “typical” home in a community, based on the most popular combination of features, e.g. age, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sales and Inventory
Inventory rose by nearly 55% compared to October of 2023, sitting at 4,966 for 2024. There were 2,174 sales in October this year.
