September has come and gone, but the market stats just arrived! Let’s have a look at the stats for Edmonton.
Home Prices
September saw an average all-residential selling price of $373,000. There was a slight 1.6% decrease in home prices from September 2021 to September 2022, and a 0.8% dip from August to September.
Sales and Inventory
September produced 1,115 real estate sales, which is approximately 14% less than last year. The inventory for the month sits at 6,164, and we saw a 5% increase in inventory from September of 2021.
Conclusion
While there was a drop in most year-over-year numbers, September’s inventory increased from 2021.
