Home Prices
While home prices dipped by just under a percent in month-over-month numbers, we can see a 5.5% increase in home prices compared to September 2023.
What is a benchmark price? The benchmark price is the estimated value of a “typical” home in a community, based on the most popular combination of features, e.g. age, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sales and Inventory
Both sales and inventory increased by meaningful numbers since last year; 15.5% and 49.7%, respectively.
