Home prices in March increased by nearly 11% compared to 2023 and by over 2% compared to February.
What is a benchmark price? The benchmark price is the estimated value of a “typical” home in a community, based on the most popular combination of features, e.g. age, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sales and Inventory
Sales reached 2,664 for the month, which is roughly 9.9% more than in 2023. Inventory for the month decreased by over 21% compared to 2023, reaching 2,532 for March of 2024.
