Home prices and sales increased for the month of March while inventory decreased.
The average home price in March was $397,000, which increased by just over 4% compared to February, and increased by just over 8% compared to 2023.
Although inventory dipped by over 18% compared to last year, sales rose by nearly 39% from March of 2023.
