April saw meaningful increases in home prices and sales.

April home prices increased by nearly 10% compared to 2023 and by about 1% compared to last month.
What is a benchmark price? The benchmark price is the estimated value of a “typical” home in a community, based on the most popular combination of features, e.g. age, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sales and Inventory
Sales reached 2,881 in April, which is just over 7% more than in April of 2023. Inventory decreased by 16.2% compared to 2023, sitting at 2,711 for April of 2024.
