The average home price in August reached $382,000, which decreased by 0.4% from July of this year, and increased in year-over-year prices by 2.1%.
Sales and Inventory
This August, sales increased by 32% compared to August of 2022, reaching 1,606 for the month. Inventory increased by 2.2% compared to last year, sitting at 4,885.
