Decreases in inventory and home prices are apparent for the month of July, but sales increased by a significant amount compared to 2022!

July’s average home price reached $384,000, which decreased by just over 1% from June of this year, and by just over 4% compared to July 2022.
Sales and Inventory
Sales increased by nearly 19% compared to 2022, coming in at 1,590 for this month. Inventory decreased by 22% compared to last year, sitting at 5,126.
