Home Prices
Edmonton home prices reached an average of $395,000 in May, and while that is 3% less than in 2022, prices increased by 2.2% compared to the previous month.
Sales and Inventory
Sales dipped by 6% compared to 2022, sitting at 1,809 for May of this year. Inventory for the month reached 5,200 which is nearly 14% less than last year.
Conclusion
Decreases in year-over-year prices remain consistent, but a positive increase in month-over-month home prices is still notable.
