While year-over-year numbers took a hit in September, sales increased by over 30% compared to September of 2022.

Home Prices

Home prices decreased from August to September by 1-6% and 0.8% compared to last year, sitting at an average price of $376,000.

Sales and Inventory

Inventory took a 23% dip from 2022, coming in at 4,740 for September of 2023. There were 1,436 sales for the month, which increased by 32.6% compared to last September.
