Although inventory dipped, home prices and sales increased in December of 2023!
December’s home prices increased by 2% compared to November and 3.5% compared to December 2022. The average sales price for the month reached $389,000.
While inventory dipped by just over 17% compared to 2022, sales rose by 27.8% from the previous year.
