Notable increases occurred in the month of February, here is a brief look.
At an average sales price of $382,000, February saw a 0.1% increase in month-over-month prices and a 9.3% increase compared to 2023.
Although inventory dipped by over 21.3% compared to last year, sales rose by nearly 55% from February of 2023.
