New year, new numbers! Edmonton’s real estate market saw some meaningful increases for the month of January.
At an average sales price of $399,000, January saw a 2.5% increase in month-over-month prices and a 7.6% increase compared to last year.
Although inventory dipped by over 19% compared to 2023, sales rose by a considerable 51.4% from January of 2023.
