June has come and gone, but the 2023 real estate market stats for the month have come just in time! Here is a brief look at some of the statistics for June.
June 2023
Home Prices
Edmonton home prices reached an average of $389,000 in June, down by 1.6% from May and by just over 4% from 2022.
Sales and Inventory
Sales decreased by around 1.4% compared to 2022, sitting at 2,596 for the month. Inventory for June reached 7,136, which is nearly 4% less than last year.
Conclusion
Market activity cooled down in June overall, but we are already seeing more action in July!
