Home Prices
October’s home prices slightly increased both month-over-month and year-over-year by 0.5% and 0.2%, respectively. The average sale price for a home in Edmonton in October came in at $378,000.
Sales and Inventory
Inventory decreased by 20% from last year, sitting at 4,428. Sales increased by nearly 27% compared to October 2022, reaching 1,300.
