Home Prices
November’s benchmark sales price rang in at $572,700, which increased by nearly 11% compared to 2022, and by 0.4% compared to the previous month.
What is a benchmark price? The benchmark price is the estimated value of a “typical” home in a community, based on the most popular combination of features, e.g. age, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sales and Inventory
Sales in November increased be almost 9% compared to last year, reaching 2,787 for 2023. Inventory saw a 4% decline compared to last year, sitting at 2,989 for the month.
