While home prices were down in November, inventory and sales were up! Here is a look at the housing stats for the month.
Home Prices
November saw decreases in both move-over-month and year-over-year home prices. The average sales price for the month sits at $361,000.
Sales and Inventory
Sales and inventory both increased in year-over-year prices! Inventory reached 3,882 for the month, which is nearly 25% more than last year. Sales came in at 1,191, almost 35% more than 2022.
